We may receive your name, email address, business or venue name, preferred contact time and information you choose to provide about your operation or the support you require. We collect this information directly from you when you email us or choose to work with us.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, prepare a proposal and provide consultancy services you request. We only contact people who have provided their details directly to us, unless there is another lawful reason to make contact.

We do not use enquiry details for a newsletter or unsolicited marketing. We do not sell your information or give it to third parties for their own marketing or independent use.

Service providers and legal requirements

We use essential service providers, including our website host and Google Workspace, to operate the website and business email. They may process information on our behalf under their applicable security and data-processing terms. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal, tax or accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted when they are no longer needed.
